Description
The Sterile Manufacturing vessel is available in various configurations with instrumentation from manual operation to fully automated mode. It is designed and fabricated per ASME BPE & EHEDG Guideline to meet c-GMP & USFDA requirements.
- Capacity Available: 5 to 20,000 liters.
- Application: Used for holding the sterile:

Features
- Complete vessel design and fabrication as per ASME Code.
- Instrumentation connection complies with BPE & EHEDG guidelines.
- Zero dead legs aseptic design with a flush bottom outlet diaphragm valve to ensure 100% drainage and cleaning, including CIP/SIP port to make it sterile before dispensing to the filling machine.
- Weight monitoring by load cells or radar sensors.
- Online monitoring of pH, dissolved oxygen, and conductivity sensors.
- Low shear, medium shear, and high shear magnetic mixers with variable frequency drive for different products.
- Safety features for magnetic mixers.
- No air contamination.
- Internal vessel electro-polishing.
- All process valves are PTFE diaphragm-type.
- Chamber venting and pressurization through a 0.2-micron filter.
- Manufacturing vessels are also available with or without LAF.
