Description
The Contra Mixer operates on the principle of contra-rotation of blades, enabling simultaneous beating and scraping. This highly versatile mixer is widely used for manufacturing toothpaste, creams, cosmetics, and other viscous products.

Features
- The Contra Mixer is used for manufacturing heavy, viscous products in paste form.
- The top agitators are contra-rotatory, with an anchor agitator and scraper rotating clockwise, while the center shaft rotates a paddle-type agitator counterclockwise.
- The vessel is fully vacuum-pressurized and completely CIP-able.
- Load cells are provided for accurate weighing of the product.
- An in-built or inline homogenizer is included for homogenizing the product, with a recirculating facility.
- We design customized vessels and agitators.
- The latest model conforms to cGMP norms and ensures a completely untouched process.
