Also known as quasi-solids, they are characterized by their high viscosity, which gives them a somewhat flexible nature. This category includes various forms such as ointments, pastes, creams, gels, rigid foams, and suppositories.

Main Vessel:

Top entry paddle type or bottom entry bowl propeller blade stirrer.
Hydraulic lid lifting for fast & easy cleaning of top dish & vessel.
Flexible product transfer pipe & fitting in case of a load cell & hydraulic lifting.

Homogenizer:

Offline & inbuilt angular/vertical bottom entry with & without circulation.
Interconnecting pipelines with conical fitter for molten wax & water phase.
