Description
The Vibro sifter machine consists of a screen or mesh placed on a base plate. The base plate is mounted at the center of the gyrator motor. Material fed through the inlet located at the top falls onto the screen or mesh. Particles smaller than the mesh size pass through the screen, while larger particles are expelled through an outlet.

The vibratory sifter is used for sifting materials in pharmaceutical manufacturing with various mesh sizes of sieves and is widely used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
Available in sizes ranging from 12Q to 60Q.

Sifting is performed to remove lumps or clumps that may have formed on materials after extended storage.
Materials pass through a mesh that allows fine particles to filter through, removing unwanted foreign particles and separating materials by size.
Sieves are made from silicon-molded, food-grade quality material.
Anti-static dissipative vibro sifters are also available upon request.
Vacuum vibro sifters are also available upon request.
