The BPE Lab Model is a single-vessel ointment manufacturing plant designed for mixing, emulsifying, and producing creams, ointments, gels, toothpaste, and more.
The main mixer offers options between semi-Contra, Contra Rotary, Planetary, or Anchor-type vessels, all equipped with vacuum facilities and jackets for heating or cooling requirements. The agitation assembly is powered by a geared motor with a speed range of 0-60 RPM. A key advantage of this agitator design is the absence of bottom support, which, combined with the PTFE bush, results in faster and more effective cleaning cycles compared to conventional systems.
Our Ointment Manufacturing Lab Model delivers 99.5% process accuracy, making it highly beneficial for process validation and scaling up to batch production.
