Description
The Liquid Manufacturing Plant is available in various configurations, with instrumentation ranging from manual operation to fully automated mode. It is designed and fabricated per ASME SEC VIII DIV I standards and cGMP, USFDA norms requirements.
- Standard Model Capacity: 1000 to 20,000 Liters and above.
Features
Features of the facility:
- Bottom-entry propeller agitators with a specially designed cartridge-type mechanical seal.
- No vibration on the shaft.
- No coupling in the drive assembly, resulting in lower maintenance costs.
- Sugar granules are transferred by a vacuum system from the dispensing room using specially designed bends.
- Pipelines are electro-polished on the inside, with DIN/TC-type connections.
- Digital flow meter for purified water collection.
- Online monitoring of product weight through load cells.
- CIP/SIP compatible design.
- Common transfer panel for product transfer between tanks and CIP cleaning of tanks and interconnecting pipelines.

- Sugar-dissolving vessels.
- Syrup manufacturing vessel.
- Storage vessel.
- Online sugar syrup pre-filter.
- Vacuum system for transferring sugar and sugar syrup.
- Zero hold-up filtration unit.
- Inline homogenizer/colloidal mill.
